FAQ FOR RETURN POLICY
Q1: If I received wrong item or defect item, can I ask for exchange?
- If you received faulty item, you can return it within 7 days of original receipt for exchange with same faulty item; collection, colour, and size.
Q2: Do I need to kept the price tag for the purpose of exchange?
- Yes, the faulty item must be with the price tag, otherwise it cannot be exchange.
Q3: Who is going to pay the shipping cost?
- If the faulty is from us, we will bear the shipping cost. However, it the faulty is from the customer, customer need to bear the shipping cost.
Q4: May I refund with money for the faulty item?
- All exchange item cannot be refunded with money, it must be with the item.
